1. Definitions

3. Service Description
The Service is an information and technology platform providing features including content browsing, user interaction, travel companion matching, and AI-assisted recommendations.
The Company does not provide travel, accommodation, or any third-party services, and does not control or intervene in the conduct of Users or Third Parties.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
- The Service does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content
- The Service does not guarantee any outcome, interaction result, or matching success
- The Company is not responsible for any User behavior or outcomes
- The Service is provided for informational and technological purposes only
The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time.
4. Accounts and Responsibility
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
- Be fully responsible for all activity under their account
Users must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Eligibility
The Service is not available to individuals under 13 years of age.
Users must have legal capacity to enter binding agreements in their jurisdiction. Minors must obtain parental or guardian consent.
6. User Conduct
Users shall not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Provide false or misleading information
- Engage in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
- Engage in fraud or illegal activities
- Upload malicious code or disrupt systems

7. User Content
Users retain ownership of their content.
By using the Service, Users grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, modify, display, and process User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, including:

- System analytics and improvement
- AI feature optimization (including de-identified processing where applicable)
This license continues as reasonably necessary for backup, legal compliance, and system integrity even after account termination.
Users represent that they have the rights to grant this license and that their content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Users are solely responsible for their content.
8. AI and Recommendation Features
The Service may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to provide recommendations, rankings, and suggestions.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
- AI is a supportive tool only and does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, safety, or otherwise)
- AI outputs are not guaranteed results
- Users must independently evaluate and verify AI outputs
The Company does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI outputs.
All use of AI outputs is at the User's own risk.
9. Third-Party Services and Matching Features
The Service may include links to or enable interactions with third-party services and user matching features.
Third parties are independent entities. The Company is not responsible for their actions, content, or services.
Users acknowledge that:
- Matching results are not guaranteed
- The Company does not verify user identity or information accuracy
- The Company does not monitor or intervene in interactions
- All online or offline interactions are at the User's own risk
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Free Services: the Company has no liability
- Paid Services: total liability is limited to amounts paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from:
- Use of the Service
- Violation of these Terms
- User Content
- Interaction with other Users or third parties
The Company has exclusive control over the defense and settlement of such claims, and Users must provide reasonable cooperation.
12. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations, security risks, or legal requirements.
Users may stop using the Service at any time.
Upon termination, access to data may be lost and the Company is not responsible for any resulting loss.
13. Privacy
Please refer to the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, Users consent to data practices described therein.
14. Intellectual Property
All Service content, systems, designs, software, and technology are owned by the Company or its licensors.
Users may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Service
- Reverse engineer or decompile the system
- Scrape or extract data
- Use the Service for competing products or AI training
User Content remains owned by Users, but Users grant the Company a license to use it for operating and improving the Service.
Feedback may be used freely, globally, permanently, and without compensation.
15. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated with an effective date.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada, and applicable federal laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, the parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba, Canada.
